2025 Wrapped: Thank You to Our Clinicians
As the year draws to a close, we at SnapCare want to take a moment to highlight our incredible clinicians and express how thankful we are for the impactful work they do.
Every day, you bring skill, compassion, and strength to the patients and care teams who depend on you. You show up through long nights, busy shifts, and challenging moments, delivering care with empathy and professionalism that changes lives.
We see the hard work, the commitment, and the sacrifices that go into every shift. This holiday season, we want to express our deepest gratitude to every member of our SnapCare community—and to shine a light on a few clinicians who truly stood out this year for going above and beyond.
Our Nurse of the Year: Iveth S.
Community and compassion are at the heart of Iveth’s journey as a nurse. “My journey as a nurse is defined by a deep dedication to providing compassionate care and making a positive impact on my patients' lives,” Iveth shared. “Every day, I strive to bring not only my clinical skills but also empathy and understanding to those in my care. It's about more than just treating symptoms; it's about connecting with individuals, acknowledging their experiences, and offering support during vulnerable times.”
Through SnapCare, Iveth has found the flexibility and support to grow her career while continuing to prioritize patient care. “SnapCare has been an invaluable partner in supporting my career and enhancing my work life,” she said. “Their platform has given me the flexibility to pursue opportunities that align with my goals and personal needs. Thanks to SnapCare, I've been able to broaden my experience, expand my knowledge, and grow professionally in ways I hadn’t imagined.”

Clinician Recognition Program Winner: O’Brian G.
Smiles and patient support are O’Brian’s daily goals. “Being a CNA is not an easy job; however, it’s very rewarding seeing the smile[s] you put on your patients’ faces. I love helping people,” says O’Brian. “The fact that it could be my family or me in the same position, and I would have wanted to get the help I need.”
O’Brian is originally from Jamaica. Now, he is working in Portland, Oregon, where he is a bright spot on otherwise rainy days. “His consistency, reliability, and strong work ethic are truly commendable and exemplify the values we uphold,” his recruiter said about O’Brian.
If O’Brian were to give someone just starting out in healthcare advice about the field, he said, “Don’t make the job all about the money. Though it is a factor, if you don’t love what you do, your job won’t be enjoyable. Not only for yourself but for the people around you.”
We are incredibly thankful for O’Brian’s hard work and positive energy. His efforts and words remind us of what loving your work looks like in action.
Clinician Recognition Program Winner: Kristie E.
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Kristie has found her second home in Oregon—and in her work as a CNA. “I feel like this is where I’m meant to be,” she shared. “I’ve always been interested in the medical field, but it wasn’t until my CNA training that I realized how much I loved helping people.”
Kristie is a shining example of resilience, dedication, and pure positive energy. “Kristie consistently goes above and beyond expectations,” her recruiter said. “She picks up extra shifts, communicates promptly, and maintains professionalism and kindness in every interaction. As a fellow mom of a young child, I admire her ability to balance everything while staying positive and dependable.”
Kristie’s dedication, warmth, and resilience remind us that great care starts with the heart. We’re honored to have her as part of our SnapCare family.
