Bonus Brackets Revealed

Both new and returning clinicians have the opportunity to score a bonus this month for the work you’re already doing. Here’s a full breakdown of the bonus brackets:

  • New Clinicians will get a $50 bonus after their first 3 shifts

  • All Clinicians (new and returning):

    • 10 shifts worked = $100 bonus

    • 15 shifts worked = $150 bonus

    • 20 shifts worked = $200 bonus

Eligibility Requirements

In order to bank those bonuses, we have to ensure we’re all engaging in fair play. To qualify for and remain eligible for the March bonus, clinicians must meet all of the following criteria:

  1. No call-outs within 12 hours of the start of the shift (unless due to a verifiable emergency).

  2. No DNR (Do Not Return) notices issued by a facility during the qualification month.

  3. No compliance issues — all licenses, certifications, and required documentation must remain active and up to date.

  4. Remain in good standing, including no documented behavioral concerns, professionalism issues, policy violations, or unapproved no-shows.

  5. Only successfully completed and facility-approved shifts will count toward total bonus hours.

  6. Any attempt to manipulate scheduling, improperly trade shifts, or misuse the program may result in removal from eligibility.

  7. This promotion is only valid from March 1 – 31, 2026. Bonuses will be paid out by April 10, 2026.
