SnapCare Referral Program Details
Referral Program Eligibility. The Referral Program is open to clinicians who are employees of SnapCare in good standing and actively engaged with SnapCare at the time of reward distribution. To be considered “actively engaged,” a referring PRN clinician must have completed at least one assignment (contract) or one shift (PRN) in the 6 months prior to the referral. Referring clinicians must fully enroll in the Rewards Program through the credentialing page of their SnapCare account via their web browser, and remain enrolled at the time of a referral submission, to be eligible to receive a referral award.
Referral Rewards Currency – “Snaps”. For each successful referral that meets all prerequisites, the referring clinician will earn “Snaps,” the reward currency offered through SnapCare’s Rewards Program. Snaps can be redeemed:
- For non-cash rewards (which may include merchandise, gift cards, etc.) available in the SnapCare Rewards Program Catalog.
- For cash at a conversion rate of 5,000 Snaps = $500, provided the minimum threshold of 5,000 Snaps is met.
- For cash at a conversion rate of 5,000 Snaps = $500, provided the minimum threshold of 5,000 Snaps is met.
Snaps must be redeemed through the designated process in the SnapCare Rewards Program. Snaps have no cash value other than as specifically stated in these Referral Program terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program. Snaps are non-transferrable. SnapCare reserves the right to modify the value or availability of Rewards and Snaps, other than those already awarded, at any time and without prior notice. All terms and conditions of the SnapCare Rewards Program shall apply to this Referral Program.
Referral Process. Referring clinicians must submit referrals through the SnapCare application. To qualify for referral rewards, the referring clinician must ensure that the referral includes accurate and complete information, including the referred clinician’s name and contact details. A referral is only considered valid for purposes of the Referral Program if the referred clinician acknowledges the referral during the onboarding process. If a referred clinician is removed from or prematurely leaves an assignment, or is made DNU (do not use) in the SnapCare system, prior to the award of Snaps, the referral rewards for that referral are forfeited.
Referral Program Amount. A referring clinician who meets all of the criteria for eligibility and participation will receive 1,000 Snaps for referred clinicians.
Referral Rewards Payout. Snaps will be allocated to a referring clinician only after the referred clinician has commenced employment with SnapCare and completed the first shift. After the referred clinician’s first completed shift, 50% of the total Snaps will be awarded to the referring clinician. The remaining 50% of the Snaps will be awarded to the referring clinician as follows: (a) for a referred PRN clinician, upon the referred clinician’s completion of five (5) complete PRN shifts within 3 months of the referral; and (b) for a referred contract clinician (a clinician on assignment for a specified number of weeks), upon the referred clinician’s completion of the first full assignment. Clinicians who have worked for SnapCare previously are not treated as referred clinicians for purposes of the Referral Program. A referred clinician can only be referred once by the same clinician in a 3-month period. In the event that two or more referring clinicians refer someone, the referring clinician with the earliest submission of the referred clinician’s information will govern who is eligible for the referral rewards.
Tax Responsibility. Reward redemption for cash or merchandise may subject to taxes, fees, and other government-imposed charges. The payment of any taxes, fees, and other government-imposed charges is ultimately the responsibility of the clinician receiving Snaps and/or rewards.
