Atlanta, GA (August 21, 2025) – SnapCare and Incite Strategic Partners are proud to announce that Incite Workforce Solutions powered by SnapCare — a platform designed to help senior living providers address common workforce challenges and bring clinicians back to their communities as permanent staff — has been named a finalist in the Staff Scheduling & Management category for the 2025 McKnight’s Excellence in Technology Awards.

This recognition highlights the platform’s commitment to driving innovation in healthcare workforce management and optimization across senior living and senior care settings. The award-winning submission, titled "Incite Workforce Solutions – Driving Change. Together.", was recognized for its ability to support senior care providers in streamlining staffing operations, reducing contract labor dependency, and improving care continuity.

“We’re honored to be selected by McKnight’s Senior Living as a finalist among so many innovative peers,” said Jeff Grant, CEO of SnapCare. “This recognition speaks volumes about the strength of our platform, the vision of our incredible team, and the extraordinary partnership we’ve built with Incite Strategic Partners to deliver a solution that’s truly transforming the way senior care providers manage their workforce.”

Incite Workforce Solutions (IWS) combines SnapCare’s advanced workforce technology, Incite’s deep industry expertise, and both organizations’ consultative approach to meet the evolving needs of senior care providers. Together, the two companies launched the IWS program—a fully integrated solution that delivers real-time scheduling, predictive staffing, and actionable workforce insights, all supported by dedicated program management.

“Incite is committed to strengthening the senior living industry by providing solutions that help organizations thrive — driving greater efficiency, reducing burdens on staff, and ultimately improving outcomes for residents,” said Michael Dragone, President of Incite Strategic Partners.

Building on that perspective, Paula Reenstierna, SVP of Business Partner Development of Incite added, “Workforce pressures are at the center of today’s provider challenges. With Incite Workforce Solutions, our goal is to help communities stabilize staffing, reduce reliance on contract labor, and create more consistent care experiences for residents. It’s about giving teams practical tools and support so they can focus on care, not constant coverage.”

SnapCare and Incite Strategic Partners also extend their sincere appreciation to Marquis Companies, a valued partner whose early adoption of the IWS program helped demonstrate the platform’s real-world impact. Their trust and collaboration were instrumental in showcasing how tech-enabled workforce solutions can drive real, lasting improvements.

“Our mission has always been to build more than just a technology platform,” said Firasat Hussain, Chief Product & Technology Officer at SnapCare. “We’re delivering an intelligent and intuitive workforce solution that evolves with the needs of our clients, and we’re thrilled that McKnight’s has recognized the impact of our work in this way.”

The McKnight’s Excellence in Technology Awards program, now in its 15th year, honors revolutionary technology initiatives that improve efficiency and outcomes across senior living, skilled nursing, and home care. Winners will be announced during the 2025 McKnight’s Tech Awards & Summit.
