Amanda Thompson joined SnapCare in 2022 after 25 years of experience in private practice as a litigator, trial lawyer and trusted legal advisor to companies of all sizes across many industries, including the staffing and healthcare industries. She has expertise in providing sound, comprehensive legal advice while keeping the main focus on the needs and strategic goals of the business. Amanda received her B.A. in History and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia, after which she returned to her state of Florida to earn her J.D., with honors, at the University of Florida. She is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel, and she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Dana McVay is a distinguished finance professional with over 25 years of expertise in Accounting, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain Management. She holds both an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting, and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation in financial leadership. Dana has diverse experience in the renewable energy sector, supplements industry, and manufacturing, both globally and domestically, with a proven track record of building trust and strong working relationships. Throughout her career, she has been successful in deploying sustainable and scalable structures where organizational structure is needed. Dana resides in Phoenix, Arizona. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family in both Arizona and Iowa.
