CNA Week 2025 Celebration Recap
From early mornings to late nights, through tough days and meaningful moments, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) show up every single day with compassion, resilience, and unmatched dedication. And during CNA Week 2025, SnapCare was honored to celebrate all that you do.
CNA Week 2025 carried the theme “We Are the Champions”, and we couldn’t think of a better way to describe the SnapCare clinicians who go above and beyond every shift. Whether you’re helping a patient regain independence, comforting a resident, or stepping into a facility in a moment of need, you are champions in every sense of the word.
This year's celebration was all about recognition, gratitude, and connection. And wow, did our community show up.
What Is CNA Week and Why Does It Matter?
National Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Week is an annual celebration dedicated to recognizing the invaluable contributions of CNAs across the country. Organized by the National Association of Health Care Assistants (NAHCA), CNA Week typically takes place each June and has been observed for over 40 years.
The week shines a spotlight on the individuals who provide hands-on care to those who need it most, whether in nursing homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or home health settings. It’s a chance for healthcare organizations, families, and communities to say thank you to the CNAs who bring compassion, dignity, and dedication to their roles every single day.
This year’s theme, “We Are the Champions,” speaks not only to the strength and perseverance CNAs show in their daily work but also to the advocacy, heart, and humanity they bring to every patient interaction. It’s about celebrating CNAs not just as care providers, but as leaders, team players, and unsung heroes of the healthcare world.

What This Year’s Theme Means to Us
This year’s CNA Week theme could not have come at a more perfect time.
Being a champion isn’t about the spotlight. It’s about showing up with consistency, with care, and with integrity. It means being a trusted presence for patients, families, and teams—even on the hardest days.

Supporting your team and lifting others up
Taking pride in your skills, growth, and resilience
Celebrating the wins, both big and small
And most of all, it means standing strong in your purpose. You’ve lived that out all year, and CNA Week was the perfect time to honor you for it.
