We’re Saying Goodbye to SnapCare Rewards and Hello to Something Better

At SnapCare, we know that your work isn’t easy; we see the dedication, compassion, and long hours you bring to every shift. That’s why we’re committed to recognizing and rewarding your hard work in a way that’s meaningful, straightforward, and designed with you in mind.

Over the last year, many of you told us what you really value when it comes to recognition. The message was clear—cash speaks louder than points. So, we’re making a change based on your feedback.

What’s Changing  

We’re officially sunsetting the SnapCare Rewards program on May 21, 2025. Starting on that date, you’ll no longer earn new Snaps, and the rewards catalog will be closed.

But don’t worry. You will not lose anything you’ve earned.

All Snaps currently in your account will be automatically converted to cash at full value. Each Snap is worth $0.10, so for example, 500 Snaps = $50. There’s nothing you need to do. No redemptions. No forms. No deadlines. We’ll handle everything behind the scenes.

Your Snap balance will be added to your May 30 paycheck, clearly marked so you’ll know exactly how much you received. This payment will be taxed at the bonus rate as required by law. Whether you've earned a handful of Snaps or saved up a large amount, you'll receive the full cash equivalent—no strings attached.

 We made this change to give you a simpler, more direct reward for the work you do. Because when you go above and beyond, we want to say thank you in a way that feels real.

New Referral Program: Faster. Simpler. Better. 

We’re also upgrading our referral program to make it easier—and more rewarding—to spread the word. 

Going forward, you’ll receive direct cash bonuses for every successful clinician referral. No more points, no confusing tracking. Just real rewards for helping bring great people into the SnapCare community.
