Medical plans
Telemedicine Plan
This plan gives you and your family 24/7/365 virtual access to board-certified physicians via Teladoc with $0 consult fees. Doctors can diagnose and treat common issues like colds, rashes, UTIs, and more, including prescribing medication if needed. Plus, the plan offers discounts on MRIs, prescriptions, hearing aids, and more.
Virtual Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plan
This plan offers 100% coverage for preventive care, unlimited $0-fee telemedicine visits, and up to 3 virtual behavioral health sessions per year with a $50 copay. Prescription copays apply under tiers 1 & 2.
Ultimate Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plan
With this plan, you get fully covered preventive care, copays for PCP, specialist, urgent care, labs, and X-rays, and unlimited $0-cost telemedicine visits. It also includes up to 3 virtual behavioral health sessions per year at a $50 copay and prescription copays across tiers 1-4.
Base Limited Indemnity Medical Plan 1
With this plan, you receive per diem benefits for ER and urgent care, hospital admissions, inpatient and outpatient services, labs, X-rays, and unlimited telemedicine visits.
Buy-up Limited Indemnity Medical Plan 2
This plan provides enhanced per diem benefits for emergency room and urgent care visits, hospital admissions, inpatient and outpatient care, labs, X-rays, and unlimited telemedicine.
Vision coverage
Comprehensive vision plan that includes annual eye exams and retail benefits administered by Reliance Standard.
Dental coverage
Choose from two dental plans that cover preventive, basic, and major dental services in and out of network.
Other benefits
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The WorkLifeMatters EAP offers free, confidential support for you and your family, including 24/7 expert access and up to 3 in-person visits per issue annually.
Worksite Benefits
Enroll in accident, hospital indemnity, or critical illness benefits through Reliance Standard for extra coverage on expenses not covered by your medical plan.
Disability benefits
Employees may elect individual Short-Term Disability (iSTD) coverage with UNUM. It will be a guaranteed issue policy if you elect on the date of first eligibility.
Life Benefits
SnapCare offers Life insurance through Manhattan Life. You can select coverage for yourself, your spouse, and/or your dependent children, but must choose coverage for yourself first.
