Oregon Licensure Program Terms and Conditions
SnapCare will reimburse eligible clinicians up to $300 for the application fee, background check and fingerprinting, and verification of any applicable current state license.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the SnapCare Oregon Licensure Reimbursement Program, you must:
- Hold a current, unexpired, and unencumbered (in good standing) license to practice nursing in at least one other state;
- Join the SnapCare platform and fulfill all requirements to become an active clinician eligible for placement with a SnapCare client;
- Obtain your Oregon license AFTER November 14, 2024.
- Complete at least one full shift as a SnapCare clinician with the timecard for that shift approved by the facility and by SnapCare;
- Submit the necessary receipts showing payment of the applicable fees. The receipts must include your name, the date you submitted the Oregon License application, and the amount(s) paid by you, and the reimbursement request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of your completion of the requisite shift.
Reimbursement Process
Monetary amounts outside of the application fee, background check, fingerprinting, and verification of applicable license will not be reimbursable.
Eligible clinicians will receive reimbursement via direct deposit in the pay period following submission and approval of the receipts. If you are eligible to receive pay via Paymint, you may be reimbursed that way, once approved.
Participation and Compliance
Clinicians must join the SnapCare platform and actively pick up shifts in Oregon to qualify for reimbursement.
Submission of fraudulent documents or other inaccurate or untruthful information will result in disqualification from the Program and possible further action depending on the nature of the misinformation.
Additional Program Rules and Regulations
SnapCare is not liable for any costs beyond the reimbursement cap, nor for any issues or problems related to the clinician’s licensure process with the state of Oregon.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Oregon Licensure Reimbursement Program at any time, with or without prior notice. Any modifications or terminations of the Program will not affect reimbursements for expenses incurred and approved (including the full shift having been worked) prior to the effective date of the change.
Participation in the Oregon Licensure Reimbursement Program does not guarantee approval for future reimbursements. Each reimbursement request is subject to approval based on program guidelines and the Company’s evaluation of the employee’s eligibility at the time of the request.
The benefits provided under the Oregon Licensure Reimbursement Program are non-transferable and are available exclusively to the eligible employee. These benefits cannot be assigned, transferred, or applied to any other individual, including family members, friends, or colleagues
