SnapCare Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Referral Program Eligibility. The Referral Program is open to clinicians who are employees of SnapCare in good standing and actively engaged with SnapCare at the time of bonus distribution (a “Referring Clinician”). To be considered “actively engaged,” a Referring Clinician must have completed at least one assignment (contract) or one shift (PRN) in the 6 months prior to the referral.
Referral Bonus. For each successful referral that meets all prerequisites, the Referring Clinician will earn $500, which will be paid in accordance with normal payroll procedures. Referral bonuses are not eligible for payment through InstaPay.
Referral Process. To invite another clinician to join the SnapCare team, a Referring Clinician should click “Refer a Friend” on the SnapCare app and share the QR code or link on that page with the clinician being referred. The clinician being referred must follow all instructions and provide accurate and complete information through the shared link (the “Sign-Up Requirements”).
A referral is only considered valid if the referred clinician signs up using the unique link or QR code provided by the Referring Clinician. Referred clinicians must be new to SnapCare and cannot have an existing SnapCare account under any phone number or email address. A clinician may only be referred once, by one Referring Clinician. If a clinician has previously worked with SnapCare, or has an existing account under any contact information, they are not eligible to be referred.
If a referred clinician is removed from or prematurely leaves an assignment, or is designated as DNU (Do Not Use) in the SnapCare system prior to bonus distribution, the referral bonus will not be paid.
Referral Bonus Timing. If SnapCare hires a referred clinician who meets the Sign-Up Requirements and places him or her on assignment, the referral bonus will be paid as follows: (a) for a referred PRN clinician, upon the referred clinician’s completion of five (5) complete PRN shifts within 3 months of completion of the Sign-Up Requirements; and (b) for a referred contract clinician (a clinician on assignment for a specified number of weeks), upon the referred clinician’s completion of the first full assignment following completion of the Sign-Up Requirements. Clinicians who have worked for SnapCare previously are not treated as referred clinicians for purposes of the Referral Program. A referred clinician can only be referred once by the same Referring Clinician in a 3-month period.
Tax Responsibility. In accordance with IRS rules and regulations, any Referral Bonus will be subject to the legally required withholdings.
Sole Discretion. Any determinations regarding a Referral Bonus pursuant to the Referral Program shall be made by SnapCare using its sole discretion. If you have any questions regarding the Referral Program, please email us at care@snapcare.com.
