2025 Wrapped: The Milestones and Moments That Moved Us Forward

As we close out 2025, all of us at SnapCare are feeling deeply grateful. This year was filled with meaningful milestones, important partnerships, unforgettable memories, and countless moments of compassion delivered by the clinicians and care teams who inspire us every day.

This year reminded us that progress is not only measured in product launches, awards, and events. It is measured in and defined by people. The clinicians who went above and beyond. The leaders who innovated. The partners who trusted us. And the community who continues to believe in what SnapCare is building.

April 2025: The Launch of Booker

We began the year with one of the most important milestones in SnapCare’s history: the launch of Booker, the new name and identity for our cutting-edge SaaS platform. Booker was more than just a rebrand of our workforce platform. It marked a renewed commitment to delivering purpose-built solutions that evolve with the dynamic needs of healthcare organizations.

Through features like predictive scheduling, integrated shift management, credentialing automation, real-time fulfillment, and actionable analytics, Booker gave providers clarity to fragmented workflows, visibility to staffing operations, and stability to labor planning.

Additionally, Booker helped reduce friction for clinicians who deserve transparency, flexibility, and control in how they work. Healthcare professionals across the country shared how Booker gave them more freedom to build schedules that align with their lives, helping them feel supported in pursuing meaningful work on their own terms.

This launch set the tone for the rest of the year. It reminded us that when we build with intention, we create tools that genuinely uplift the people who care for others.

May 2025: Nurses Week

Nurses Week honored the clinicians who form the backbone of healthcare. Our SnapCare clinicians shared stories about what keeps them going, why they stay committed to this profession, and how meaningful it is to be part of a patient's most vulnerable moments.

We witnessed a powerful outpouring of gratitude from leaders, patients, and fellow clinicians. Our Nurse of the Year, Iveth, shared reflections that deeply moved us and reminded everyone why nursing is more than a job.

June 2025: CNA Week

CNA Week was an opportunity to shine a light on the caregivers who often carry the emotional weight of the work. We listened to stories of resilience, compassion, and everyday moments that reveal the true heart of caregiving.

Through community celebrations, heartfelt messages, and giveaways for clinicians, this week brought our community together. CNA Week reminded us that certified nursing assistants provide more than bedside care. They bring comfort, connection, and dignity to the people they serve.

We celebrated their strength, their love for their work, and the countless acts of kindness that go unseen but never go unfelt.

June 2025: Winning the TIARA Award for Best Use of Technology

In June, SnapCare proudly achieved a major milestone: winning the TIARA Award for Best Use of Technology for the second year in a row. This back-to-back recognition highlights how our platform continues to improve the clinician experience and transform staffing processes for facilities across the country.

July 2025: Our New Clinician Recognition Program

In Q3, we proudly launched the new Clinician Recognition Program, built to celebrate clinicians who consistently go above and beyond in their roles. This program represents one of the most meaningful milestones of our year because it reflects who we value most: the people behind every shift.

Our honorees for this year, O’Brian and Kristie, were recognized not just for their excellence, but for their kindness, strength, and commitment to showing up fully for their patients and teams.

O’Brian demonstrated unwavering reliability, commuting hours each day without ever compromising the quality of care he delivered. His positivity and consistency left a lasting impression on everyone he worked with.

Kristie inspired us with her warmth, professionalism, and ability to balance parenthood with her clinical responsibilities. She reminded us that caregiving is both a skill and a calling.
